Victor (Russian: Виктор) was a Russian gangster and one of the friends of Iosef Tarasov of the Tarasov Mob. He ordered Iosef to kill the dog of John Wick, an action that forced John back into his former assassin career.

Victor was first seen alongside Iosef and Gregori at a gas station where the son of Viggo Tarasov attempted to buy John Wick's car. However, John stated that the vehicle isn't for sale, to which Iosef responded in Russian, "Everything's got a price, b*tch". Upon hearing John's response (similarly in Russian), "Not this b*tch". Iosef seemingly became irritated, leaning into the car before being pulled away by Victor, who sarcastically wished John a good day. The thug later accompanies Iosef and Gregori when they broke into John's home. He ordered Iosef to kill Daisy and find the keys for the car. Victor was also present during Iosef's visit at Aurelio's garage.
Victor was seen again at the Red Circle club where he was changing to go down to the bathhouse when John punched him while demanding where Iosef was. Victor refused to tell him so John kicked him in the crotch and grabs him. John then pushed his face into the sink attempting to drown him but ends up snapping Victor's neck instead, killing him.
