The Doctor is an on-call physician whose job is to treat wounds and injuries for hitmen, criminals, and assassins. He appears in John Wick and John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum.
He first appeared in John Wick, the first film, where he attended to John's wounds following his gunfight at The Red Circle.
The doctor seems to have a high amount of respect for Wick in which after the excommunicado was initiated, he told John Wick to injure him with non-lethal gunshot wounds to exempt himself from being punished by the High Table for treating Wick's injuries as well as giving him medical supplies.
