The John Wicki

Himmel und Hölle is a high class nightclub in Berlin operated by Killa Harkan, the head of the German branch of the High Table. The nightclub interior has a brutalist architecture style and two levels.

History[]

Background[]

The nightclub is located at Köpenicker Str. 70, 10179 in Berlin, Germany and was opened in 1996. The club is mainly used for recreation and does not appear to have a "neutral" status like Continental Hotel chains, although, illegal activity is still conducted on the premises as caches of illicit goods can be seen in Killa's office.

John Wick: Chapter 4[]

John Wick is informed by Katia that he must assassinate Killa in order to be re-inducted into the Ruska Roma. John and Klaus travel to Himmel und Hölle, with John posing as a peace offering from the Ruska Roma. John questions whether Killa was expecting him, but Killa reveals that it was Caine that was expecting John. Killa offers John a drink and taunts John, stating that his family sold him out to save themselves. When John tells Caine their dispute is personal, Killa offers to help end the quarrel and aims his revolver at John, prompting Caine to hold Killa at gunpoint. Killa orders his men to stand down and laughs before putting down his revolver. One of Killa's men approaches him and informs Killa that someone was found outside, and hands Mr. Nobody's confiscated revolver to Killa. Killa invites Mr. Nobody to sit at the table.

Tensions boil as all three men are eager to kill John. However, Killa offers to play one hand of poker to ultimately decide who would kill John. Killa cheats and deals himself five 2s, crowning himself as the winner, before his men move in on John. John then cuts Killa's neck with a playing card and a shootout ensues. John chases Killa throughout the club, killing his men in the process, before being beat up by Killa. John eventually knocks Killa off a balcony, killing him instantly.
