The Glass Assassin was an unnamed male assassin that had glasses and briefly fought against John Wick along with the Leather Assassin after the fight with the Violin Assassin.

John Wick: Chapter 2[]
The unnamed assassin was sitting on a chair with a cup of coffee when he got a text message about John's bounty, but John, being aware that both assassins were out to kill him for his bounty, proceeds to grab the glass assassin's hand when he attempts to shoot him and makes him shoot the other assassin wearing a leather jacket. He begins to hold and grab Wick but then Wick stabs the assassin's hand, then Wick jams the glass assassin's nose and then stabs deeply in the assassin's ear with a pencil, killing him instantly. Wick then takes out the pencil after using it to kill the first assassin and then quickly switches to stabs the leather assassin in the neck, finally, Wick puts the pencil on the wall, with the writing tip pointed forward and ends up jamming the leather assassin's nape onto the pencil tip, killing the second assassin instantly.

- He has a type of an All-seeing eye tattoo on his left back hand and an unidentified tattoo on his neck.
- The eye tattoo is similar to the Order of the Triad from the adult animated series called The Venture Bros.
