Francis Patrick "Frankie" Scott was a Vietnam War veteran and the older brother of Winston Scott.

Biography[]

Early Life[]

Frankie was Winston's older brother and a natural born killer. While Winston became a successful businessman in London, Frankie enlisted in the army and was sent to Vietnam. Upon returning stateside, Frankie steals a priceless object from the heart of the Continental Hotel, setting in motion a plot that will reunite him with his brother Winston. Little did Frankie know that his act of defiance will alter the power balance of the Continental Hotel for years to come.

  • Peak Human Condition: Frankie was in peak physical condition, being a veteran of the Vietnam War. He was strong enough to repeatedly throw the heavy case holding the coin press as an improvised weapon.
  • Expert Martial Artist: During his escape from the Continental Hotel, Frankie displayed proficiency in hand-to-hand combat while fighting Cormac's henchmen, and wove gunplay into his martial arts as well.[1] He could improvise weapons, such as the heavy case holding the coin press, as he used it to crush an assassin's skull.[2]
